WELCOME TO THE Y.A.A. ICT-D  The Young Advocates for the Advancement of ICT-related Development (Y.A.A.ICT-D) was born out the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) first phase in 2003. Y.A.A.ICT-D was founded by Kenneth Harry Msiska while he was still a student at the Malawi Polytechnic a constituent college of the University of Malawi.
