reduction, youth employment and sustainable livelihoods;

- To promote the use of ICTs for social justice and
socio-economic development purposes.

- To provide appropriate resources for knowledge
acquisition and sharing;

- Empower women and other marginalized groups in order
for them to benefit from the information revolution.

- To provide underpinning training and education to the
people necessary to enable them access ICT tools and
information; and

- To lobby and advocate for conducive policies on ICTs
and youth employment.
